CLAIM IN THE COUNTY COURT 

- advice about claiming from a person or business, and how to do it on-line from the comfort of your own home.

If you have been ripped off by Excel, or any other business, it is surprisingly easy to lodge a claim in the County Court. If you are reading this, it would appear that you have Internet access. The simplest way is to do it on-line. The fee is linked to the amount you are claiming and starts at £30 for claims of up to £300.

If you want to go ahead and claim against someone, have your credit or debit card to hand, with details of who you are claiming from, and the exact amount you are claiming. Any fees you pay to Court are added to the claim and you get them back if you win. This link takes you to Her Majesty's Court Service - "Moneyclaim" website.
